Daunis has never fit in. She eagerly awaits going to college to start out a life of her own, but suddenly tragedy strikes her family. She puts her life on hold to tend to her mother and ends up sticking around long enough to meet, Jamie, a boy on her brother's hockey team. Jamie has something mysterious about him, but she can't put her finger on it. Suddenly, Daunis witnesses a murder that gets her involved in a full blown FBI investigation.
