I promised myself that I'd show some restraint this year in claiming books, as I'm drowning in books that I haven't read. I lasted a month. But this looks like a fantastic book. One written by a Native voice, with a little mystery and a little culture thrown in. I loved all the Ojibwe terms thrown in right from the start. Books that are well written and interesting, and subtly teach me something new are my favorite books. I'll be claiming this one!
