I will be submitting a late reciew so I loaned it to a friend to review

My friend was disappointed as it was more about the war than the zoo. I will try to read it to see if I agree. I had read a prerequisite to ask for the book and felt it was going to be keeping the zoo protected and safe. The first chapters I read, were more about the zoo and care of the lions. I expected the book to continue the story of protecting the lions and all the zoo for. The battles occurring around it. Apparently this was not the case. My reader told me it was more about battles than the lions and zoo. I hope to read it,as soon as I am caught up and recovered from surgery. I look forward to reading it and hope to find it different than the friend said. I am sorry I will be late in reviewing it.
