I’ve a bit of history and knowledge in many a things with animals, care for them, all things animal interests and captures me. I had high hopes after reading the sneak peak, wasn’t much a fan of the cover it’s not it’s bad cause it fits the story being told quite well. But a lot of the story being told had underlying meaning and questions untold for a place I’ve not a lot of love for. They weaved it well to grasp the readers heart for change and showing a prettier picture of how the world is. But it took me away from my original want from this story. Instead of the magical and enchanting zoo and how a man saves them all and creates this wonderful home and small world for them. It felt moreso a story of hardship and more hardship. It’s definitely a one time read.
