My heart sank when I read about the main characters best friends funeral. It breaks my heart so much when I read about childreb passing away. (Even if it’s completely made up lol) I’m worried the rest of this book will just make me sob. But I’m so excited to continue reading. I can’t really tell where all the plot is going or what the rest of the book will be about besides grieving her best friend but I’m invested. The lovely cover also really drew me in, these are the types of books that I really enjoy reading. I can definitely understand the tough mother/ daughter relationship. This book has already brought back so many high school memories from just a few years ago. I also love the style of writing. It makes an easy flow and it makes me really want to continue. I can definitely tell this will be a page turner for sure and I can’t wait to snatch a copy!
