This book is absolutely amazing! If you are a fan of if only he’d been with me by Laura Nowlan then you will love this book! The way the author captures the heartbreaking feeling of wanting someone you shouldn’t is beyond relatable. I found myself really drawn in with the character's especially as the story progressed. For me honestly this was a quick read, I wanted to know the ending as soon as I opened the book. I was so drawn into this world and these two characters I literally could not put the book down. It really goes into depth in both their emotions and how they are dealing with this grief but guilt as well. If you’ve ever felt any kind of guilt or shame for your feelings towards someone I promise this is the book that you want to read. It’s so relatable it almost makes me feel like I’m not as alone when it comes to the things I’ve gone through with my own relationships with family friends and more.
