I hoped we would find a way to be dropped right into the action. Unfortunately, we start slow and unravel a few details first, likely to set up the action that comes later. The synopsis hints at a lot of action and deception, so I look forward to that unraveling in the following chapters. We already got to meet some of the key characters and learned more about the accident that killed Ella's best friend.
