Well, I forgot to read the excerpt early enough for there to be books left. The storyline sounded interesting but I don’t know this author and wasn’t confident enough about the storyline to just grab it before reading the excerpt. And now that I have read the excerpt of course I wish I’d gotten here in time to claim a copy. I love the flow of this book. Sometimes the way a book is written, the writing style, is what pulls me in. I’m already invested in this story about a girl who feels responsible for her best friend dying. I’m invested enough that I wasn’t sure whether to read the whole excerpt to see if we find out how the best friend died or whether to wait. Because it’s hard to end an excerpt on a cliffhanger and have to wait for the book to be released. I’m definitely going to read this. I hope I am lucky enough to win a copy!
