After Ella’s best friend, Hayley, dies, Ella tries to carry on, but is really struggling. Then she finds herself falling for Hayley’s boyfriend, and now finds herself in the position of being in love with her dead friend’s boyfriend. In order to sort her feelings, she delves into Hayley’s diary and finds that all wasn’t as it seemed between Hayley and her boyfriend, which leads Ella to question what is really going on, as she begins to suspect more sinister overtones to her new relationship.
