Not sure if this is the best fit for me

The cover of EVERYTHING WE NEVER SAID makes me wonder what the book is about. After reading the synopsis, I wasn’t super excited to read the sample First Impression but was willing to give it a try. I feel pretty neutral about the writing— I don’t love it, I don’t hate it. The story doesn’t seem like the best fit for me from what I’ve read at this point. I definitely wouldn’t purchase this book in a store but I might borrow it from the library. Sometimes it takes quite a while for me to really start liking a book and then it ends up being great. Maybe this is one of those or maybe it really isn’t for me.
