I Won this book off of bookish first last week. It was an interesting read but sadly was not for me.It is a self help book that hopfully would help others. But like I said was not for me.
The author gives his readers an insight about technology and how it destroys our brains. He had a great way of describing his point of view with out making it hard to understand.
PERSONALLY,I cant get into books like these. But i have heard from many other fellow readers that book like these have helped them in the past.
So because of that I gave this book a 3 star review. All because it was not for me does not mean it did not serve its purpose.
I will tell others about this book and hope. It helps others go through some tough times.
