It is simply amazing to me how many self-help titles there are on the market. I saw the cover to Elevate and thought, another one?!?! But I felt it worth exploring, so I scanned through the Table of Contents. I liked what I saw there, so I moved on to the Prologue. The description given there clinched it for me. I want to read this book!
