Action and Awareness being two sides of a coin to improve and elevate your life is a fundamental theory to be able to make the most out of ever experience. I understand for myself this is common sense, and for others it needs to be learned. I hope this book finds the right audience to change lives. Deitch's writing is strong interesting and doesn't dwell on facts. Simply he relates the facts, gives perspective and moves on. For self help this doesn't seem bogged down by Deitch's preaching on how to change, but more presenting the facts and letting the reader who to change it in their own life. I'm sure the action section of the book (Part 2) is filled with great opportunities to increase nearly every experience around us.
