What a weird excerpt this was. The first ten percent was praise for the author by several best-selling authors, then there was quite some info about the copyrights and print settings, then there was a preface that took up five percent. So by twenty percent the book finally started and I was hanging on to it, thinking this. would. be. it.
However, the things were so general, so mediocre and unspecific, nor showed any personal depth... that the only thing I remember - when asked - is 'whatever feels best for you.' Which is not new to me, since I have read about awareness before. I can't say I felt a transition, let alone elevated by this fragment.
