I read a lot of self help books and have gotten lots of valuable information from them. From what I have read of this book so far, I think I will learn a lot from it. I loved the author's writing style, the use of interesting quotes from people I admire and respect, and the information that is provided about how important awareness is in everyday life. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the book.
