Included in the flowery words are some true insights. Instead of just throwing words at you, the author gives you actual things to think about and ways to start to elevate. The first looks includes the idea of awareness and is less goal oriented in action and more oriented in being aware of yourself and I would be interested to see what the "action" part of the book is like.
