You are thrown into the action on the first page With no rest in sight. I really didn't want the 15 pages provided to me to end. Lol. The introduction to the main character, Jane Tennison had me wanting to know more about her and her being the first woman in this police squad. The other characters are interesting and I want to know more about them as well. I am also curious to find out how they will respond to her in a normally "Man's position." I like the design of the cover. It screams police procedural investigative mystery. Which I am a sucker for. Lol. The title also caught my eye.
