The Dirty Dozen doesn't waste any time getting into the story, as Jane Tennison begins her first day as part of the Flying Squad and finds herself along for the ride in pursuit of armed robbers. This excerpt was just as thrilling as any action film, capturing the quick dialogue and urgent action. Her transfer to the Flying Squad already seems to unexpected and challenging, and I look forward to Jane showing them what she's capable of. The cover is admittedly not my favorite though.
