This story is not in a genre that I would typically read, but I was intrigued by the blurb and wanted to switch it up. Well I’m certainly glad I did!! I was just astounded by the writing style and obvious research that was done on the Inuit Native people. I felt at times and really believed that I was reading the journal of a crazed man. The plot was both imaginative and exciting. The main character was a real arrogant jerk, which was a little much to read at times, but it made his fall that much greater. I was surprised by the ending and liked how it was done with the different perspectives. I already recommended this to my brother because I thought it was an interesting and funny read. I described it like Gilderoy Lockhart and Life of Pi. Overall it was a fun adventure and definitely an interesting story. I would recommend! I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.
