Not sure what all to make of this book but I like how unique it is. The sense of humor is palpable and the writing style is personal and self aware. The cover is, I’ll be frank, not the most immediately appealing. But after giving the opening pages a try, I’m left with a mostly positive impression so far. There isn’t a big draw plotwise but the author’s voice is appealing and distinctive.
