So I liked how the background was given in 3rd person, and then we got to join in with a first person chapter. I was so curious as to who the girl with no eyes was going to be, and if it represented something other than a character. While the beginning was a little confusing at times in how things were phrased, like with any fantasy, I just knew I had to slow down and take my time and make sure to read every word.
