The writing seems so fantastical and lyrical and from the first impression, I am immediately hooked. I'm intrigued by the idea of magical "boons" and the setup makes it seem like this story will have terrific worldbuilding, political intrigue, and fantastical and swoon-worthy characters. Excited to read further.
