Not a fan of non-fiction, but this was a cool read

I honestly am not a fan of non-fiction books unless it's a memoir or autobiography, so I was hesitant to read this first look. That being said, this was a lot more interesting than I thought. Firstly, I loved the format of the book; it didn't feel too daunting to pick up, but rather, the format and the interactiveness of the workbook made it feel doable for me to complete.
