Who do you have to step on to get what you want?

This sounds like an interesting premise! I definitely like the start at Starbucks. I'm hoping for some unique customer encounters there. (Having worked there, I know how hard you get treated.)

Then there's "hell week". I love tryout/training books! I hope that "Buck" learns faster about the consequences of stepping on folks, unlike in the Wolf of Wall Street.
