I really enjoyed reading the first look of this novel. I enjoyed the writing style and I really cared about the characters. Darren is a brilliant former valedictorian who is working at Starbucks and living with his mom when he meets the ceo of a new tech start up who offers him a job. He is the only African American there and does his best to succeed. I can’t wait to read more
