Black Buck is full of biting humor, so sharp and edged it cuts. Which fits, because this book is meant to make us uncomfortable with the unfiltered look at corporate privilege and elitism. I loved the reader points, making me feel like I’m in on the joke but also not allowing me to read from a distance. Its a story, and writing style that pulled me in and crawled under my skin. Definitely a pointed slam meant to itch, hitting below the surface in hard-hitting ways. I can’t wait to read more.
