Great premise and an eye-catching cover, but I’ve had my fill of male authors’ obsession lately of having female characters touching their boyfriends’ crotches at inappropriate moments (almost every book I’ve picked up recently!). Didn’t like the voice in this one—probably because it starts at chapter 5. Why drop us in that far? I can’t get any sense of who these people are and what their world is like so I stopped reading before the sample finished.
