It's hard to jump into a book at Chapter 5, but I got that Buck was starting a new job. Is this supposed to be satirical? Because what happens in the book is so outrageous, it's hard to see what even is being satirized. There is no way there is a company that unprofessional, so I can't fathom where this is going. I don't really appreciate this kind of writing style, and the crude sexual language at the beginning was also a turn off.
