There's a number of books where the protagonist enters a new company and has to navigate around this abnormal environment. "Black Buck" reminded me of "The Circle" by Dave Eggers and "The Devil Wears Prada" by Lauren Weisberger in the best way. "Black Buck" is a humorous satire on America's workforce while also including thematic elements of racism and the experience of a black man in a white man's world.
