Okay, you've got me... I'm hooked. The excerpt I read is giving me a strong "Sorry To Bother You"-meets-"Boiler Room" vibe, and I can NOT wait to read the rest of this story. Darren is immediately likable and I want to know more about what happens to him while going through these new experiences. And what happens to his mom? Does she sell the home? Does she stay? I need answers! :)
