I had high hopes for this book. To be honest, I only made it to page 6. I wasn’t a fan of the super fluffy writing; the descriptions almost got in the way of what she was trying to set up as the plot line. To be fair, I’m not someone who likes fluff. All writers fluff some, but there is a point where it’s too much. I tried diving into the first chapter and it didn’t keep me there. Honestly, it’s not a bad book, but its just not my personal taste. I love thrillers, but the set up for this didn’t scream thriller, it screamed too much happening at once. I found myself skipping ahead in the paragraph to get to the next point quicker. All in all, if you’re fan of major descriptors in a text, this book is for you.
