I read this book in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down. It kept me guessing at every twist and turn - something that is very unusual for me with this kind of book. I typically figure out what is happening well before the end. The title is perfect because every time I thought there couldn't possibly be anything else the characters were lying about, another lie would be unraveled adding another layer to the story.

I really connected with Eva and felt for her, though she sometimes made some stupid decisions and I kept screaming at her to get rid of the pompous boyfriend. I was also able to relate to Kat and felt her pain. I liked how the book alternated point of views as well as timelines between both Kat and Eve. I liked the relationship between Eve and Kat and thought it did an excellent job of showing how complicated relationships between mothers and daughters can be.

Fans of Riley Jackson, Mary Kubica, and Sandie Jones will also enjoy this one!
