Christina McDonald has delivered another fantastic book! She has, with this second book, established herself as a strong/great voice in the thriller/suspense/mystery genre. McDonald has such an easy and effortless style of writing that pulls you in and before you know it hours have passed. This was a great mystery/thriller. The character development was quick and strong. I was invested in the main characters (Eva and Kat) right away. The story unfolded in a such a way that I was eager to get to the next chapter. And Just when you think you know what was going to happen, here comes a twist, that has you guessing. The story was so totally surprising and satisfying. McDonald has become one of my top authors! I eagerly await her next novel!!
