Absolutely loved this one. This was the second book from this author and it did not disappoint. The plot was well done and the characters were enjoyable (lacked the annoyance a lot of characters tend to have, either personality wise or repetitiveness). I especially loved the setting since it’s local so that helped feel connected to the story and invested in how it would turn out. I hung on to every word and couldn’t stop turning the pages, but I’ve felt this way about all Christina McDonald works. And just to fangirl a bit while I was halfway through reading the library copy of this book I won an autograph copy from the author *squeal*. This is definitely a book I will continue to recommend. You’re kept guessing until the very end, and this unreliable narrator is excellent, you don’t feel like you’re being deceived since this character literally lost their memory. Must read!
