I was a huge fan of the The Night Olivia Fell so much that I had to get this book and it was one of my most anticipated reads of 2020. I devoured this one and I felt that it didn’t live up to her first book. I found this one to be predictable and a little boring at times. I like the idea for the cover, but found it to be dull. It wasn’t a book I needed to keep in my collection, I ended up swapping it for another book. I wasn’t a huge fan of any of the characters so that didn’t help my enjoyment of this one. If you liked Olivia Fell def check this one out, if you haven’t read The Night Olivia Fell I recommend you start with that one first. Even though this didn’t live up to my expectations I’m definitely looking forward to her next book in 2021.
