In most thrillers, there's a few small twists leading up to the big twist near the end, but Behind Every Lie is filled with lies (of course), secrets and shocking revelations that had me turning the pages as fast as I could and rereading some parts more than once to make sure it said what I thought it did.
If you haven't read the author's debut novel, The Night Olivia Fell, I highly recommend it also. It is a different type of thriller than BEL that evoked more of an emotional response with the heartbreaking yet heartwarming ending.
