I absolutely love Christina McDonald's writing, and Behind Every Lie was no exception. I listened to this book on audible and it was my first ever book that I have "read" this way. This book had me about on the edge of my seat while I was driving to and from work every day. Christina McDonald has a wonderful talent of writing thrillers that are mind blowing, but not over done. I was very intrigued by how Eva and Lora became one person, and how Cat covers it all up throughout. It took me until the very end to figure out Liam! I would have never guessed. He gave me a controlling vibe, but I didn't see what he actually did coming! Eva Clark travelling across the world to connect the dots of her story gave me Liam Neeson vibes and I loved that! She was a bada$$ who fought to figure out her own story and put the missing pieces to the puzzle of her life back together! I highly recommend this book!
