The first thing to catch my attention was the cover. The broken glass and running woman made me curious. Then the synopsis. . . I’m a sucker for a story about family dynamics, especially mothers and daughters, so this was right up my alley. And that prologue! Talk about the perfect description of the mind blown emoji!
