So far I'm quite impressed with the book. The writing is fluid and the diction is both precise and descriptive. The story is gripping on its own but is reinforced by the authors ability to set the ambiance and control the tempo. While the amnesia isn't a unique trope I think the cause of it is a unique circumstance and gives an interesting depth to the story. I like the cover as well. This is definitely a book I would enjoy reading and look forward to its publication.
