Running Toward, or Away, From Truth?

This cover and book info begs the question, should she run toward discovering the truth or away from it before discovering something better left alone? A good thriller where the reader can connect with the character is such a great way to get lost in a book, this sounds like one I'd love to escape into to find out what happens!
