I was hooked from the first paragraph. The way McDonald writes, it's visceral. You can feel it, you can see it. I love it. You know from the first that Eva didn't do it. Even though it's immediately proven that she did. Buuuut there's no way. I can't wait to find out what happens!!! The cover doesn't really do much for me. It's kind of bland and doesn't pull you in.
