The cover and title grabbed my attention straight away! But what really has me intrigued is Kat. While most of the intro focused on Eva, her daughter, I need to know more about this character. She's a bit like me, blunt and a tad awkward, and that is beautiful to see in a character. Eva is intriguing in other ways. She is likeable, not perfect. Her choice to keep secrets from her fiance definitely piqued my interest, not to mention she may have possibly be a murderer.
