This book starts off like it could be any day. The characters are identified and you can just get a hint of some underlying family drama. Eva can only remember being at dinner with her mom and spilling some wine. She wakes up in the hospital and her mother is dead. I think that this book seems intense and will be really interesting to read. I have read this author before and she does not disappoint.
