This is one of those books that I was seeing EVERYWHERE so I was excited to dive in. Most of the books I read are thrillers that have their own special twists, but tend to follow a similar structure. This was different than the structure I am used to. Not only the setting, but the complicated relationships. It was nice to mix it up from the typical thriller/mystery, while still keeping some of the intrigue and twists that I am used to.
I am feeling super conflicted on this book. There were sections that seemed to drag on and on. Towards the end, all the loose ends that seemed like random side stories wrapped up very nicely, which made this book end on a satisfying note.
I could see this book turning into a movie!
