The difference between the first two chapters and the third are huge! It seems almost surreal that they go together, and that is where I hope the brilliance of this story lies. The story begins with an intense scene, though we know little of what is going on. However, instead of going right back to the beginning, the author gives us a bridge, although it is a disturbing bridge, between the intense scene, and how the events began. I can only imagine how the rest of the story unfolds, but if it is as dramatic as the first few chapters have promised, then I am very much looking forward to continuing on this journey with the author!
