We start with a killing. Its INTENSE! I was pulled in immediately. But then as most mystery novels do ... we take a trip back in time a few months. The build up of how we got to this moment seems a bit slow but still evenly paced. It kept me intrigued and reading wanting to find out how the killing really came to be.
