It didn't take me long to be hooked into wanting to read this thriller. The cover alone is so compelling. As I read the second paragraph about things that were scary....Ian drinking vodka in the basement, hospitals, I was already having eerie thoughts. I want to know more about Maddie and Ian's life, their romance starting overseas and the life of an Army wife, and their son Charlie. The struggle with PTSD brings memories of my own husband's return from Vietnam... this is a reality that brings with it chills... I can't wait to find out what happened with that 911 call!
