From the very beginning, this novel opens with action, panic and intrigue! Another plus, in my opinion, is when an author jumps around in time—what just happened, what happened a few weeks ago, etc. It’s like putting a puzzle together. I also really enjoy “handwritten notes” in a book as part of the plot.
The cover is interesting, for sure. The typography is clean and eye catching, the light and muted colors allow you eye to be drawn to the single visible eye in the photograph. The glass shard adds a nice touch too. A psychological thriller that sounds very appealing!
