Upon first glance, I love that the chapters are titled. The opening paragraph was very intriguing and kept me wanting to read more. I'm excited to learn more about Koffi and Ekon as two black teens just trying to survive in a harsh world. The idea of fighting a physical monster which likely will also represent an invisible prejudice human-made one is always impactful.
