The colors on the cover are my absolute favorite to go with this book. It definitely makes you think of somewhere warm and sunny and something happy. I read Island Affair and loved everything about it so I couldn't wait to read this one, and Anchored Hearts did not disappoint! Even though it's the second in the series I feel it can be read as a stand alone as well. The writing style was easy to read and it had a great flow to it. She describes things with such detail that I can picture it clearly in my head and it makes me want to visit Key West to see it in person. This is a second chance romance between Anamaria and Alejandro who were high school sweethearts that ended up going their separate ways. Alejandro followed his dream of photography while Anamaria at first stayed home to help care for her father and after was finding her place and dream. Alejandro gets hurt and is forced to go back home to heal. True love never dies and the sparks kept flying all throughout the book. Looking forward to book number three in this series!
